Preparation Tools

Sample preparation is essential before XRF analysis. Mineral ore is first crushed using a Jaw Crusher to 3–4.75mm, then dried in an Oven to remove moisture. The dried sample is ground to 200 mesh using a Pulverizer and passed through a Sieve to ensure uniform particle size. Finally pressed into pellets with a Press Pellet Machine under high pressure, making it ready for precise XRF testing.
